Privacy Policy

Andante Piano is a label of Disruptive Records B.V., Amsterdam, the controller for the data collected on www.andantepiano.nl.
1. Analytics
With your consent we collect usage statistics: which pages are opened, from where, on what device. Three tools do this: Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager; PostHog, hosted in the European Union; and a cookie of our own that counts visits and, if you join the newsletter, links them to your email address. All three stay off until you accept in the banner.
2. Data we collect
- Personal information: name, email address and phone number, given through a form, the newsletter or a ticket order. For a demo, what the form asks for.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type and operating system, in the server logs, with or without cookies.
- Usage data: how you use the site, and for the Meta pixel, that you visited. Only with your consent.
- Your cookie choice: what you answered in the banner.
The site is not directed at children under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect their data.
3. How we use your data
- Keeping the site up, spotting abuse and keeping the forms free of spam. Basis: our legitimate interest.
- Understanding how the site is used: analytics. Basis: your consent.
- Measuring our advertising: the Meta pixel. Basis: your consent.
- Sending the newsletter. Basis: your consent, withdrawn by unsubscribing.
- Selling tickets for concerts and piano nights. Basis: the agreement with you.
- Listening to demos and replying. Basis: the steps towards a possible agreement with the label.
- Keeping a record of your cookie choice. Basis: our legitimate interest in showing what you chose.
4. Cookies and tracking
Three kinds: necessary, analytics and marketing. Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your banner choice. Analytics cookies measure use. Marketing cookies belong to the Meta pixel. Nothing beyond necessary is set before you answer the banner, and our own analytics cookie counts visits and, once you join the newsletter, links them to your email address. Change your choice at any time via Manage cookies in the cookie banner.
5. Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. These companies process it for us:
- The site's host: server logs.
- Google: Analytics and Tag Manager, after consent.
- PostHog: usage statistics on its EU cloud, after consent.
- Meta: the advertising pixel, after consent.
- Brevo: the newsletter.
- Weeztix: tickets for concerts and piano nights.
- A form provider: demos.
The spam protection on our forms is Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs in the background when you submit a form and reads browser signals to confirm you are a person, without a visible challenge and without cookies. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer rests on the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
6. Data security and retention
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Your data is kept in our own systems and in the tools named above. We keep it for as long as its reason lasts: server logs a short period; analytics the retention period set in each tool; the newsletter until you unsubscribe; tickets and orders as long as the bookkeeping rules require; demos while the music is under consideration; your cookie choice as long as we need to show it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR (in the Netherlands, the AVG) you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict what we do with it, to receive it in a portable form, and to object where our basis is legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@andantepiano.nl and we answer within a month. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
8. Changes to this privacy policy
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
